UPTAC Counselling 2026 you have to present documents in two phases – online upload at the time of registration and original verification at the time of physical reporting to the allocated college.
At the time of registration, candidates must upload a scanned copy of below documents:
- Colour photograph,
- Signature,
- JEE Main scorecard,
- Class 10 and
- Class 12 mark sheets and certificates,
- Domicile certificate (if applicable),
- Category certificates (if applicable).
Blurred photographs are a direct cause for rejection, so ensure the scan is clear and meets the file size and format.
At the time of physical reporting, original documents must be produced along with self-attested photocopies. These include
- Class 10 and 12 certificates and mark sheets,
- JEE Main scorecard,
- Allotment letter,
- Domicile and category certificates
- Medical fitness certificate
- OBC certificates must be issued on or after 01.04.2026 and must include the mandatory creamy layer non-applicability clause.
- EWS certificates must be valid for the academic year 2026-27.
- Candidates who studied outside UP must produce their parent’s domicile certificate from UP.
- Candidates whose mark sheets show letter grades instead of percentage must obtain a percentage conversion certificate from their Board or University.
Carry at least two sets of self-attested photocopies of all documents at reporting to avoid any issues.
